Healthy Tzatziki

This healthy Tzatziki dip is easy to make and a great snack with toasted pitta bread strips. It is perfect as a summer dip.

  1. Put the yoghurt in a bowl and mix in the mint, cucumber, garlic and lemon juice.
  2. Season to taste and mix well.
  3. Lightly toast the pitta bread and cut into strips.
  4. Serve

Notes

For a classic variation, swap the mint for dill.
