Healthy Tropical fruit salad

This refreshing healthy fruit salad is perfect for breakfast or as a pudding.

Instructions

  1. Cut the passion fruit in half and scrape out the seeds into a large serving bowl.
  2. Halve the grapes and add to the serving bowl. Cut the remaining fruit into bite-size pieces and add to the serving bowl.
  3. Cover with orange juice, mix well and serve.

Notes

You can vary the fruit according to what is in the season, for example, add strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries in the summer.
