Healthy Prawn Pasta Salad

This healthy salad is really quick and easy to prepare and perfect for taking to work

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 12 minutes, drained in a colander and cool under cold water.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup in a medium bowl.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredient except the lettuce and mix well.
  4. Serve on top of the lettuce.

Notes

This salad keeps fresh in the fridge for a couple of days but only add to the lettuce just before serving.
