Healthy Prawn and Chilli Spaghetti

This healthy pasta dish is quick and easy to make and is a lovely supper dish.

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to the packet instructions.
  2. Heat a large saucepan over a medium heat and add the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chilli, vinegar, passata and season. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and parsley and toss to combine.

Notes

Serve with a large side salad.
