Healthy Hummus

This tasty dip makes a great snack with a few veg sticks. Great to have in the fridge when you feel a bit peckish during the day.

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, and place in a food processor with the garlic, cumin and tahini paste.
  2. Blitz until finely chopped, then add the water and lemon juice and blitz again until smooth and creamy.
  3. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.

Notes

Serve with carrot, pepper, cucumber, and celery sticks
