These Healthy Homemade Beef Burgers which are perfect for the BBQ!

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl using your hands. Divide into 4 equal portions, roll into a ball then flatten into a burger shape.
  2. Place the burgers in a fridge and chilli for 1 hour before cooking.
  3. Heat a griddle pan to a medium heat, do not add any oil. Take the burgers straight out of the fridge (this helps the meat to bind and stay moist) and cook for 5-8 minutes on each side, turning carefully using a fish slice.

Notes

Serve in a lightly toasted bun and toppings of your choice including lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced gherkin and tomato ketchup.
