Healthy Chicken fajitas which are quick and easy to prepare.
Slice the chicken into thin strips, roughly the same size as the peppers.
Put in a bowl, along with the peppers and onions.
Sprinkle with the paprika, cumin and squeeze over the juice of 1 lime.
Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Heat a non-stick grilled pan or wok over a medium-high heat and add the chicken and vegetables. Stir-fry for 8 to 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Serve with a Tortilla wrap, salad, salsa, and cheese.
