Quick and easy supper dish.

276g spaghetti (uncooked)
1 tsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 red chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp red wine vinegar
400g raw king prawns, defrosted if frozen
Zest of ½ lemon
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Cook the pasta as per packet instructions.
Heat the oil in a large sauté pan over a medium heat add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the chilli, vinegar, passata and seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
Add the drained pasta and lemon zest, toss to combine.
Garnished with rocket and serve with a side salad.
