Starting January 2018, a new warm and friendly weight loss group for women. Meetings every fortnight over 12 weeks. Each session will have an education topic as follows:
Session 1: Introductions to portions, goal setting, rewards, and support.
Session 2: Physical Activity and managing difficult situations.
Session 3: How to reduce fat intake.
Session 4: Understanding Food Labels.
Session 5: Alcohol and hydration.
Session 6: Keeping on track – maintaining your lifestyle changes
- Prior to attending the group session, you will have an individual initial assessment.
- The maximum number of participants per group is 6.
